炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床治疗效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succi-nate(Yanhuning) combined with ganciclovir on herpes simplex keratitis.Methods A total of 136 herpes simplex keratitis patients treated in Shiyan People′s Hospital of Bao′an District from Jan.2010 to Jan.2013 were selected as research objects,and divided into therapeutic alliance group(68 cases) and acyclovir group (68 cases) by random digits table,patients in acyclovir group were treated with acyclovir eye drops,while patients in therapeutic alliance group were given intravenous infusion of Yanhuning and ganciclovir on the basis of treatment in acyclovir group.After treatment,the clinical effects,healing time,incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of therapeutic alliance group was sig-nificantly superior to acyclovir group(Z=-2.867,P=0.004),the healing time was significantly lower than acyclovir group[(14.3 ±3.2) d vs (32.5 ±4.5) d](t =26.936, P =0.000).There were two cases of adverse reactions in each group,while all symptoms disappeared after treatment finished.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yanhuning combined with ganciclovir on herpes simplex keratitis is significant , with shorter course of treatment,therefore,it is an ideal method for treating herpes simplex keratitis.%目的：探讨炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2013年1月深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院收治的136例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为阿昔洛韦组（68例）和联合治疗组（68例）。阿昔洛韦组采用阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗，联合治疗组在阿昔洛韦组治疗的基础上加用炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦静脉滴注治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果、临床治愈时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组临床治疗效果显著优于阿昔洛韦组（Z＝－2．867，P＝0．004），临床治愈时间显著短于阿昔洛韦组[（14．3±3．2） d比（32．5±4．5） d]（t＝26．936，P＝0．000）；两组患者各有2例患者发生不良反应，治疗结束后症状均消失。结论炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床效果显著，且疗程更短，其是临床治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的理想方法。
