炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响

摘要

目的 探讨炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响.方法 将本院收治的82例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(42例),对照组给予阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗,观察组在阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗的基础上给予静脉滴注炎琥宁和更昔洛韦治疗.比较两组患者近期临床疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前和治疗后7、14 d血清及泪液氧化应激指标的差异.结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.24％和平均治愈时间为(15.4±4.6)d,对照组分别为75.00％、(30.5±5.5)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后血清及泪液NO、TAC、MDA、GSH-Px水平改善情况均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);两组患者治疗期间临床不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 炎琥宁联合更昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床效果显著,治愈时间更短,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods 82 patients with herpes simplex keratitis in our hospital were divided into cont'oi group (40 cases) and observation group (42 cases) according to the random number table method.Control group was treated with aciclovir eye drops,and observation group was treated with intravenous infusion of Yanhuning and ganciclovir on the basis of aciclovir eye drops.Compared the clinical curative effect,adverse effects,oxidative stress indexes in the serum and tear before and 7 d,14 daRer treatment.Results The total effective rate and healing time of observation group were 95.24％ and (15.4±4.6) d,and those of control group were 75.00％ and (30.5±5.5)d,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The improvement of NO,TAC,MDA,GSH-Px in the serum and tear of observation group were significantly better than those of conrtol group (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of clinical adverse reactions between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Yanhuning combined with gnnciclovir has significant effect in the treatment of herpes simplex kemtitis,with shorter cure time,worthy to be popularized.
