目的：探讨血清总IgE和过敏原特异性IgE检测对过敏性皮肤病的诊断意义。方法选取2011年9月至2013年9月解放军第三医院收治的137例过敏性皮肤病患者作为过敏性皮肤病组，采用酶联免疫吸附法检测其血清总IgE和几种吸入性以及食入性过敏原特异性 IgE。选取同医院同期收治的非过敏性皮肤病门诊患者72例为非过敏性皮肤病组，行相同方法和指标检测。结果过敏性皮肤病组血清总IgE水平显著高于非过敏性皮肤病组[（483±17） U／L 比（172±12） U／L， P＜0.05]；过敏性皮肤病组食入性过敏原IgE抗体阳性率显著高于非过敏性皮肤病组[41.6％（57／137）比4.2％（3／72），P＜0.05]；过敏性皮肤病组吸入性过敏原 IgE 抗体阳性率显著高于非过敏性皮肤病组[49.6％（68／137）比2.8％（2／72），P＜0.05]。结论对血清总IgE和过敏原特异性IgE进行检测，有助于对过敏性皮肤病做出确诊和治疗。%Objective To investigate the significance of detection of serum total IgE and allergen-specif-ic IgE test in the diagnosis of allergic skin diseases.Methods A total of 137 patients with allergic skin dis-eases admitted in the Third Hospital of Chinese People′s Liberation Army from Sep.2011 to Sep.2013 were selected as allergic skin disease group ,and total serum IgE and several inhalation and ingestion allergen-spe-cific IgE were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay .Another 72 patients with non-allergic skin diseases admitted in the hospital during the same period were selected as non-allergic skin disease group,the same detection methods were applied to detect the same indicators .Results Serum total IgE level of allergic skin disease group was significantly higher than that in the non-allergic skin disease group [ ( 483 ±17 ) U/L vs (172 ±12) U/L,P<0.05];the positive rate of ingestion allergen-IgE in allergic skin disease group was significantly higher than that in non-allergic skin disease group [41.6%(57/137) vs 4.2%(3/72), P<0.05];the positive rate of inhalant allergen-IgE in allergic skin disease group was significantly higher than that in non-allergic skin disease group[49.6%(68/137) vs 2.8%(2/72),P<0.05].Conclusion The detection of serum total IgE and allergen-specific IgE contributes to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic skin diseases.
