伊布利特与胺碘酮联合应用对心房颤动复律治疗的研究进展

摘要

Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common kinds of arrhythmia , the treatments include rhythm control and rate control.Rhythm control is the most optimal choice because it can reduce clinical symptoms,improve exercise tolerance and quality of life.Antiarrhythmic drugs are considered as the first-line agents for rhythm control,although currently available and commonly used antiarrhythmic drugs are limited due to their incomplete efficacy in recovering and maintaining sinus rhythm and side effects .Ibutilide and amiodarone are commonly used clinical drugs for cardioversion of atrial fibrillation ,with advantages and dis-advantages,although the combined application of the two is rarely reported .Here is to make a review of rele-vant researches on clinically combined application of the two drugs ,and propose a new prospect for the card-ioversion method of atrial fibrillation basing on the characteristics of the two drugs .%心房颤动（房颤）是最常见的心律失常之一，其治疗方法包括节律控制和室率控制。节律控制是房颤终极理想的选择，其可减少临床症状，提高运动耐量以及生活质量。抗心律失常药物为节律控制的一线用药，目前可用的及常用的药物存在局限性，原因是其恢复以及维持窦性心律方面不确切的疗效及相关不良反应。伊布利特与胺碘酮是临床上常用的房颤复律药物，在房颤复律治疗中各有利弊，但两者联用鲜有报道。该文将对两者联用的临床相关研究予以概述，同时结合两种药物的特点为房颤的药物复律方法提供新的思路。
