多孔金属骨科内植物改良策略的研究进展

     

摘要

骨科植入物与周围宿主组织的生物学界面对于临床疗效至关重要。其最佳效果包括骨内生长、刺激成骨、血管生成以及改善机械稳定性。理想的初始和翻修骨科承重金属植入物应高度多孔,并可通过生物、化学和物理改进方法诱导干细胞生长和成骨分化,改善骨整合和骨诱导,同时抑制炎症和感染。新型生物、化学和机械方法的联合应用可能是更有效的策略,以控制和改进植入物-骨界面,从而提高长期的临床疗效。%The biological interface between an orthopedic implant and the surrounding host tissue may have an important effect upon clinical efficacy.Desired effects include osseointegration, osteoinduction, increased vascularization,and improved mechanical stability.The ideal primary and revision orthopedic load-bearing metal implants are highly porous and may be chemically , biologically and physically modified to induce stem cell growth and osteogenic differentiation,and to improve osseointegration and osteoinduction, while minimizing inflammation and infection.The integration of new biological,chemical,and mechanical methods is likely to yield more effective strategies to control and modify the implant-bone interface and there-by improve the long-term clinical outcomes.
