5-羟甲基糠醛的研究概况

摘要

5-羟甲基糠醛（5-HMF）是具有呋喃环结构的醛类化合物，该化合物在制剂中存在过多时临床上可能会出现类过敏反应，因此全面了解5-HMF的现有研究成果对于降低药品中5-HMF含量的研究提供一定的研究背景。近年来关于5-HMF 生物活性等方面的研究备受关注，5-HMF 可能是一种隐藏在中药背后新的活性成分，深入研究既可提高药品安全性，也可为研究中药活性成分提供新的思路。%5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF) is an aldehyde compounds with furan ring structure.Too much compounds in preparation can generate anaphylactoid reaction,so a comprehensive understanding of the existing research results of 5-HMF can provide some background for the reduction of 5-HMF content.In recent years,much attention has been paid to the biological activity of 5-HMF,and 5-HMF may be a new active ingredient hidden behind traditional Chinese medicine worth of further study .In-depth study of 5-HMF can not only improve the drug safety,but also provide new ideas for the study of reactive component in tradi-tional Chinese medicine.
