尼莫地平联合抗栓干预治疗脑梗死的效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨尼莫地平联合常规抗栓治疗对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择2009年1月至2013年11月张北县医院诊治的急性脑梗死患者2026例，采取简单随机抽样法分为联合治疗组（1013例）和常规治疗组（1013例）。联合治疗组采用尼莫地平＋常规抗栓治疗，常规治疗组采用常规抗栓综合治疗，依据脑卒中临床神经功能缺损评分标准，两组分别于治疗前，治疗5、10、15 d进行意识、水平凝视功能、面瘫、语言、四肢肌力、步行能力等临床神经功能缺损程度评分。结果两组治疗前、治疗后5、10、15 d临床神经功能缺损程度评分呈下降趋势，且联合治疗组下降幅度大，组间、不同时点间、组间・不同时点间交互作用比较差异有统计学意义（P＝0．00）；治疗15 d后，联合治疗组治疗效果优于常规治疗组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论尼莫地平联合常规抗栓治疗对于急性脑梗死，临床疗效优于常规治疗。%Objective To discuss the curative effect of nimodipine combined with routine antithrombotic therapy for acute cerebral infarction .Methods Total of 2026 acute cerebral infarction patients from Zhang-bei County Hospital during Jan.2009 and Nov.2013 were divided into a combined therapy group (1013 cases) and a conventional therapy group(1013 cases) according to the radnom number table method:the combined therapy group was treated with nimodipine +conventional antithrombotic therapy,the conventional therapy group was treated with conventional antithrombotic therapy .According to the clinical stroke nerve function defect score standard,the two groups were scored for clinical nerve function defects such as con-sciousness,horizontal staring function,facial paralysis,language,limb muscle strength,and walking ability before treatment,after 5,10,15 d of the treatment.Results Before treatment, after 5,10,15 d of treatment, the clinical nerve function defect score of the two groups decreased ,and the combined therapy group decrea-sing faster,there were significant difference between groups,different time points,the interact between groups and time points ( P<0.01);therapeutic effec of the combined therapy group effect was better than the con-ventional therapy group after 15 days of treatment, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion The clinical effects of nimodipine combined with routine antithrombotic therapy for acute cere-bral infarction is better than the routine therapy .
