心脏康复与肺康复在急诊治疗中的应用及进展

摘要

急诊住院患者众多，特别是慢性疾病（如慢性阻塞性肺疾病、心力衰竭）急性发作经短期住院治疗至病情稳定后，仍需医师进一步指导患者康复与护理。随着康复医学的发展，以运动为核心的心脏康复与肺康复治疗已逐渐成为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）、阻塞性肺疾病的常规治疗手段。提高人们对康复医学的认识对于全面提高患者生存质量具有积极的意义。%The amount of inpatients in emergency department is large and those with chronic disease such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) and heart failure still need further rehabilitation after discharge from hospital.With the development of rehabilitation medicine,the cardiac and pulmonary rehabili-tation focusing on exercising has become a routine therapy of coronary disease and COPD .So promoting the awareness of rehabilitation has a positive impact on the comprehensive improvement of quality of life of the patients.
