失调的脂肪因子与交感神经过度兴奋

肥胖是心血管疾病和一系列代谢综合征的危险因素，导致这些疾病的原因是肥胖引起交感神经过度兴奋。由肥胖引起的交感神经过度兴奋与异常脂肪因子的释放以及胰岛素抵抗有关。与肥胖相关的脂肪因子包括瘦素、非酯化脂肪酸、活性氧、脂联素、血管紧张素原、抵抗素等，其通过影响一系列代谢通路以及各脂肪因子之间相互作用，导致交感神经过度兴奋，进而引起一系列的代谢综合征。%Obesity is a risk factor of cardiovascular disease and a series of metabolic syndromes,which is caused by obesity-mediated sympathetic overactivity .Sympathetic nervous overactivity caused by obesity is associated with abnormal adipokines release and insulin resistance.These factors related to obesity include leptin,nonesterified fatty acid,reactive oxygen species,adiponectin,angiotensinogen,resistin and so on.These fat factors can cause sympathetic nervous overactivity through a series of metabolic pathways and the interac-tion between these fat factors,and lead to a series of metabolic syndromes.
