超声无创评价炎症及血栓形成血管弹性变化的新进展

摘要

超声技术能无创、定性、定量评价血管壁的运动及弹性功能的改变，能直观、准确地评价血管壁运动力学的特征，早期反映血管弹性特征的变化。血管管壁的内皮损伤性炎症是血栓形成过程中的重要条件。内－中膜厚度测量技术、血管回波跟踪技术、速度向量成像技术等超声技术指标能有效评价炎症及血栓形成时血管弹性的变化。该文对以上3项技术在炎症及血栓形成的血管方面的应用加以概述。%Ultrasound can realize noninvasive,qualitative,quantitative evaluation of vascular wall motion and the elastic function change,to assess the characteristic motion of vessel wall mechanics directly and accu-rately,and reflect the early changes in vascular elastic characteristic.Inflammation and endothelial injury of vascular wall is an important condition in the process of formation of thrombus.The ultrasound technical inde-xes of intima-media thickness measurement technique,vascular echo tracking technology and the velocity vec-tor imaging technology can effectively assess the changes of blood vessel elasticity under inflammation and thrombosis.Here is to make a review of the application of the above three technologies in inflammation and thrombosis formation.
