Tbx3基因在肿瘤及抗癌药物中的研究进展

摘要

Tbx3 plays an important role in embryonic development and organ formation,and the abnor-mal expression of Tbx3 is closely associated with the development,invasion,metastasis of several cancers, including breast cancer, liver cancer, pancreas cancer, melanoma etc.Tbx3 influences tumor progression mainly through the Wnt pathway and reducing the expression of E-catenin protein.The metastasis of certain tumors can be effectively reduced by using specific silencing factors or inhibitors of Tbx3.%Tbx3在胚胎发育和器官形成过程中起重要作用，其异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润与转移密切相关，如乳腺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、黑色素瘤等。 Tbx3主要通过 Wnt途径和影响钙黏蛋白的表达等途径参与肿瘤的发生、侵袭和转移。应用特异性的沉默因子或抑制剂可以有效降低某些肿瘤的转移性。
