肿瘤微环境与上皮间质转化之间的关系

摘要

近年来，恶性肿瘤的发病率逐渐增加，对于恶性肿瘤的发病及转移机制的研究也越来越深入。研究发现，肿瘤的发病及转移可能与上皮间质转化有关。细胞在肿瘤微环境中各种物质的相互作用下，如肿瘤坏死因子α、转化生长因子β、表皮生长因子等细胞因子通过激活 Snail、Smad、Wnt等转录因子通路使上皮细胞失去原有的极性，加强了侵袭和转移的能力，细胞失去了对正常生长的调控，从而表现为恶性病变。%With the increase of the cancer incidence,the pathogenesis and metastasis of malignancies are being studied more and more deeply,which is discovered to possibly be associated with the epithelial mesen-chymal transition.The epithelial cells lose the polarity from original,strengthen the ability of invasion and metastasis,lose the control of growth and manifest as malignant change through the interaction of various sub-stances in the tumor microenvironment,such as tumor necrosis factor α,transforming growth factor β,epider-mal growth factor etc.,ngthus activati Snail,Smad,Wnt or other transcription factor pathways.
