胃黏膜癌前病变患者行幽门螺杆菌根除治疗的研究进展

摘要

胃癌在全球癌症病死率中位居第二位,而幽门螺杆菌( Hp )感染是促进胃癌发生的主要致癌物之一,因此根除 Hp感染是预防胃癌发生的优先方法. 但对于有效根除 Hp能否逆转癌前病变,阻止胃癌的发生仍然存在争议. 而使用抗环加氧酶2 与改善癌前病变的关系有待进一步研究. 从慢性胃炎发展到胃癌的过程中,根除Hp减少胃癌的发生是否存在"不可逆转"的分界点仍然没有明确.%Gastric cancer is the second leading cause of cancer related mortality worldwide ,and helicobacter pylori ( Hp) is one of the important causes of gastric cancer,therefore Hp eradication has been shown to be a primary preventive measure for gastric cancer .The issue of whether eradication of Hp infection could actually reverse premalignant lesions and prevent cancer is still controversial .The relationship between the use of anti-COX-2 and improvement of the precancerous lesions needs further study .It′s still unclear that whether there is an irreversible point of chronic gastritis developing into gastric cancer for Hp eradication prevention .
