TGF-β1(S)mad通路对机械力诱导的胶原代谢调控的研究进展

             

摘要

胶原是构成细胞外基质( ECM)的骨架. 在正常生理状态下,其合成和降解处于动态平衡.胶原代谢失衡可引起一系列病理生理变化,导致疾病的发生,如血管重构、皮肤瘢痕增生等. 女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者盆底支持组织中存在着机械力诱导的胶原代谢异常转化生长因子( TGF)β1/Smad信号转导通路是调控机体组织纤维化的最重要机制之一. 目前关于女性盆底功能障碍性疾病与TGF-β1/Smad通路之间关系的报道较少. 该文就 TGF-β1/Smad 信号转导通路对机械力诱导的ECM胶原代谢的影响及相关机制进行综述.%Collagen is a skeleton of the extracellular matrix(ECM).Under normal condition,the synthe-sis and degradation of collagen is in dynamic equilibrium .The imbalance of it can cause a series of patho-physiological changes and cause diseases such as vascular remodeling,hypertrophic scar and so on.Collagen metabolism abnormalities induced by mechanical force exists in female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction . Transforming growth factor( TGF) β1/Smad signalling pathway is one of the most important pathways of regu-lation on tissue fibrosis.At present,there are few articles about the relation of female pelvic floor dysfunction and TGF-β1/Smad pathway.Here reviews the accommodative function and related mechanisms of TGF-β1/Smad pathway on ECM collagen metabolism induced by mechanical force .
