保胆取石的研究现状及结石复发的探究

摘要

Cholelithiasis is a common clinical disease,and the most common treatment is cholecystectomy.However, with a further understanding of the function of the cholecyst,more and more surgeons are aware that preserving the functional cholecyst is important for the patients. Endoscopic minimal invasive cholecystolithotomy is a laparoscopic procedure that removes the calculi and retains the gallbladder.However,due to the high recurrence rate of gallstones,there is still contro-versy about the approach.In recent years,it has been found that gallbladder motility disorder is the main cause of postopera-tive recurrence of calculi.Therefore,to standardize the preoperative indication according to the change of gallbladder dynam-ics to reduce the recurrence rate is of great significance.%胆石症是一种常见临床疾病,其最常见的治疗方法为胆囊切除术.然而,随着对胆囊功能的逐步了解,越来越多的外科医师意识到,保留功能性的胆囊对于患者极其重要.内镜微创保胆取石术是一种腹腔镜手术,既可去除结石,又保留了胆囊.但由于其结石复发率高,目前这种保胆术式仍存在争议.近年来经过不断探索发现,胆囊运动障碍是结石术后复发的主要因素.因此,根据患者胆囊动力学的变化来规范术前适应证对降低术后结石复发率具有重要意义.
