钙结合蛋白S100 P在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要

钙结合蛋白S100P属于S100家族成员之一,具有介导细胞间连接、蛋白质磷酸化、转导Ca2+信号及转录等功能,通过细胞内外功能的调节,参与细胞的异常增生和恶变,并与肿瘤的发生、发展、临床分期、转移、预后相关.S100 P在食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、胆管癌等消化系统肿瘤中异常表达,其有可能作为一种潜在的肿瘤标志物用于消化系统肿瘤的早期诊断.深入研究S100 P在消化系统肿瘤中的作用可能为消化系统肿瘤的早期诊断、肿瘤分期、治疗和预后提供新的途径.%Calcium binding protein S100P,which belongs to the S100 family,has the functions of mediating intercellu-lar connection ,protein phosphorylation , transduction of Ca 2+signal and transcription and is involved in abnormal prolifera-tion and malignant transformation of cell through the regulation of intracellular and extracellular function ,thus is associated with the occurence,development,clinical staging,metastasis,and prognosis of tumor.S100P is abnormally expressed in digestive system tumors such as esophageal carcinoma ,gastric cancer,liver cancer,carcinoma of bile duct and so on,there-fore it may be used as a potential tumor marker for early diagnosis of digestive system tumors .In-depth study the effect of S100P in digestive system tumors may provide a new approach for the early diagnosis ,tumor staging,treatment and prognosis of digestive system tumors .
