结直肠癌新辅助化疗的必要性探讨

摘要

结直肠癌是一种临床上较为常见的恶性肿瘤,对于不同TNM分期的肿瘤病灶,完全手术切除仍是结直肠癌的唯一根治性治疗手段.但并不是所有患者均适用于根治性手术治疗.如何增加R0切除率,一直以来都是需要攻克的难题,此外,临床分期亦影响着结直肠癌患者的预后.新辅助化疗可以降低结直肠癌的临床分期,减少微小转移灶,增加R0切除率,并减少术后复发的风险.故了解不同TNM分期结直肠癌从新辅助化疗中获益的特点,可以为临床治疗结直肠癌提供理论支持.%Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors,complete surgical resection of the tumor lesions is still the only radical treatment of colorectal cancer of different TNM stages.But not all patients are suitable to receive radical surgery.How to increase the R0 resection rate has always been a serious problem that should be conquered.In addition,clinical stage affects the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy can reduce the clinical stage of colorectal cancer,reduce small metastases,increase R0 resection rate and reduce the risk of recurrence after surgery.Therefore,it is possible to provide theoretical support for clinical decision makers to understand the neo-adjuvant chemotherapy benefits for colorectal cancer of different TNM stages.
