IgA肾病早期无创检查的相关研究进展

摘要

IgA nephropathy is the most common primary renal disease in China and the important reason causing the end-stage renal failure.Early diagnosis of IgA nephropathy mainly relies on renal biopsy,but it is featured with invasive,high cost and with relative and absolute contraindications and high risk.In recent years,the research on non-invasive examination associated with the early stage of IgA nephropathy has made a remarkable progress,especially with the development of urine analysis technique(neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin,kidney injury molecule-1,N-acety-beta-D-glucosaminidase,urinary proteomics)and imaging examination(magnetic resonance imaging-blood oxygen level dependent imaging,virtual touch quantization,dynamic tissue perfusion measurement),noninvasive examination becomes possible.%IgA肾病是我国最常见的原发性肾脏疾病,是引起终末期肾衰竭的重要原因之一.以往IgA肾病的早期诊断主要依赖于肾活检,但肾活检不仅有创、费用高、有相对和绝对禁忌证,而且有较高的风险.近年来关于IgA肾病早期无创性检查的研究较多,尤其是随着尿液分析技术(中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白、肾损伤分子1、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶、尿蛋白质组学)和影像学检查手段(磁共振血氧水平依赖成像、声触诊组织定量分析、彩色多普勒超声组织动态灌注测量技术)的不断提高,IgA肾病在早期进行无创检查成为了可能.
