2型糖尿病心血管病变高血压管理的研究进展

摘要

Hypertension,as the most common risk factor in diabetes with cardiovascular disease(CVD),plays an important role in the pathogenesis of CVD.In recent years,there have been a large number of clinical trials and basic researches finished for this special group,especially that many large-scale,multi-center clinical studies have produced a series of experts comments,consensus and guidelines including the mechanisms of comorbidity,the control target of blood pressure in different populations and the preferred antihypertensive drugs,which is useful to achieve the purpose of optimizing the management and delaying the onset of CVD events in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.%高血压作为糖尿病患者心血管病变(CVD)最常见的高危因素,在CVD的发病过程中起重要作用.近年来针对糖尿病合并高血压的这一特殊群体进行了大量的临床试验和基础研究,尤其是许多大规模、多中心的临床研究,对于其共病的机制、不同人群血压的血压控制目标、生活方式干预及优选降压药物等制订了一系列的专家意见、共识或指南,从而有利于达到优化管理的目的,进而延缓2型糖尿病患者CVD事件的发生.
