恶性胸腔积液的治疗进展

摘要

目前,恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的治疗主要为放、化疗结合局部治疗.胸膜固定术和胸腔持续留置引流管是较为常用的临床治疗方法.其主要治疗目的是缓解呼吸困难,减轻大量胸腔积液造成的并发症,延长生存期.近年,随着越来越多关于MPE治疗的研究,发现了一些疗效较好、不良反应相对较少的治疗药物,如抑制肿瘤血管生成和转移的血管内皮生长因子抑制剂及经济且疗效肯定的的碘伏.未来可能有更多、规模更大的针对MPE治疗的药物研究出现.%Currently the main treatment of malignant pleural effusion ( MPE) is radiotherapy and chemotherapy com-bined with local treatment .Pleurodesis and continuous thoracic drainage tube are commonly used treatments in clinical ,the main purpose of which is to relieve dyspnea ,reduce complications caused by a large pleural effusion ,and prolong survival .In recent years ,as more and more research for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion are being done , some drugs with bet-ter efficacy,fewer adverse effects are found ,such as vascular endothelial growth factor , which directed against tumor angio-genesis and metastasis.There are also more economical and effective treatment like povidone iodine .In the future,there may be more and larger-scale drug researches for the MPE treatment .
