肌性斜颈是儿童骨骼肌肉系统疾病中的多发病,临床主要表现为患儿头歪向患侧,患侧颈部常伴有大小不等的肿块.近年来,其发病率呈上升趋势,而早期治疗对疾病的预后有很大影响.目前,小儿肌性斜颈的治疗以手术为主.但手术风险高,且多遗留有瘢痕,影响美观,故给患儿和家属带来较大的心理负担.其中,大多数患儿在疾病早期通过中医治疗可痊愈,从而避免承担手术的痛苦和风险.中医治疗通过辨证论治,注重局部和整体结合,其治疗方法可分为推拿、针灸、中药治疗三种,可单独使用,也可多种方法联合使用.未来,小儿肌性斜颈的治疗可结合理疗康复,运用多种手段进行综合治疗.%Muscular torticollis is a frequently occurring disease in children's skeletal muscle system diseases.The main clinical manifestations are children's head tilt to the affected side ,and the affected neck is often accompanied by lumps of different sizes.In recent years,the incidence of the disease has been on the rise ,and the early treatment has a great influ-ence on the prognosis.At present,the main treatment of children muscular torticollis is surgery.However,the surgical risk is high,and there are scars left, which will affect the aesthetics,and bring a great psychological burden to the children and their families.Most of the children can be cured by traditional Chinese medicine in the early stage of the disease ,thus avoi-ding the pain and risk of surgery.Through syndrome differentiation ,focusing on the combination of local and integral treat-ment,traditional Chinese medicine methods can be divided into three kinds :massage, acupuncture and medication ,which can be used separately or in combination.In the future, physical therapy with rehabilitation can be integrated into the treat-ment,and various means can be carried out as comprehensive treatment for muscular torticollis in children.
