The occurrence and development of gastric cancer is a multi-step and multi-step process involving multiple factors and multiple genes , and its pathological development process is very complicated.Among the many factors that affect the pathogenesis of gastric cancer , genetic susceptibility is still the hot point of current research.With the continuous development of molecular biology , great progress has been made in the study of the correlation between multiple genes and their polymorphisms in gastric cancer in recent years.This provides a new basis for the prevention , diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.It has been demonstrated that many kinds of gastric cancer-related genes have genetic poly-morphism, and the polymorphism of the same gene has different roles in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.%胃癌的发生发展是多因素、多基因共同作用下的多步骤过程,其病理发展过程十分复杂.在影响胃癌发病的多种因素中,遗传易患性仍是目前研究的热点.随着分子生物学的不断发展,近年来多种基因及其多态性与胃癌的相关性研究已经取得极大进展,这为胃癌的预防、诊断、治疗及预后提供了新的依据.现已证明,多种胃癌相关基因均存在基因多态性现象,而同种基因的多态性表达在胃癌的发生发展过程中发挥不同的作用.
