Corin是在心脏中发现的一种跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶,其可将利钠肽前体转化为有活性的利钠肽,从而降低血容量和血压,调节水钠平衡,改善心功能.Corin可从细胞膜表面脱落,进入细胞培养上清或血液循环.故细胞培养上清、血浆或血清中均可检测到可溶性Corin,且血浆或血清中的可溶性Corin水平与心血管疾病(高血压、心力衰竭、冠心病等)显著相关.虽然可溶性Corin可作为一种新的生物标志物,对心血管疾病的诊疗及预后判断有重要意义,为其提供理论依据,但可溶性Corin与心血管疾病的相关性仍需要更大样本量的研究.%Corin is a transmembrane serine protease discovered in the heart ,which can convert precursors of natriuretic peptide into active natriuretic peptides , thereby reduces blood volume and pressure , regulates the balance of water and sodium,and improves heart function .Corin can shed from the surface of cell membrane and enter cell culture supernatant or blood circulation.Therefore,soluble Corin can be detected in cell culture supernatant , plasma or serum,and the level of soluble Corin in plasma or serum is significantly associated with cardiovascular diseases ( hypertension ,heart failure ,coronary heart disease ,etc.) .Soluble Corin can be used as a new biomarker ,it is of great significance to the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases and provides a theoretical basis for it .However , the correlation between soluble Corin and cardi-ovascular disease still needs a large number of sample studies in the future .
