可溶性corin在心力衰竭中的研究进展

摘要

Corin是一种主要在心脏中表达的Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶,可活化心房利钠肽前体发挥排钠利尿、调节血压、改善心功能的生物学作用.心力衰竭是严重威胁着人类的生命健康的心血管疾病,与血浆中可溶性corin水平密切相关.该文就心力衰竭的发生、治疗,以及可溶性corin在心力衰竭中的研究进展作一简要介绍,旨在为心衰的诊断和治疗提供新的研究思路.%Corin is a type II transmembrane serine proteinase mainly expressed in the heart, it can activate pro-ANP (atrial natriuretic peptide) and play biology function of platoon sodium diuresis, adjust blood pressure and improve cadiac function. Heart failure is a serious cardiovascular disease, which is closely related to the level of soluble corin in plasma. This paper introduces the research progress of heart failure and soluble corin, in order to provide new research ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.
