微RNA在心力衰竭病理生理进程中的研究进展

     

摘要

MicroRNA( miRNA) is a type of non-coding highly conserved endogenous RNA molecules consisting of 21-25 nucleotides .It binds to the 3′untranslated region target site on messenger RNA ,promotes the degradation of messen-ger RNA or inhibits the translation of messenger RNA and negatively regulates protein expression .In recent years ,the study of miRNA in cardiovascular related disease has become a hot topic .It mainly affects energy metabolism of cardiomyocytes , myocardial fibrosis, ventricular remodeling , myocardial fibrosis and automaticity of cardiomyocytes to participate in the pathophysiologic process of the occurrence and development of heart failure .Therefore , studying the relationship between miRNA and these pathophysiological processes and finding the key miRNA targets for reversing these processes will provide theoretical support for the treatment of heart failure .%微RNA(miRNA)是一种由21~25个核苷酸组成,非编码高度保守的内源性RNA分子.其与信使RNA上的3′非翻译区靶位点结合,促进信使RNA的降解或抑制信使RNA的翻译,负性调节蛋白质的表达.近年来,miRNA在心血管相关疾病方面的研究已成为热点,它主要通过影响心肌细胞的能量代谢、心肌纤维化、心室重构、心肌细胞的自律性来参与心力衰竭发生、发展的病理生理过程.因此,研究miRNA与这些病理生理过程的关系,寻找逆转这些过程的关键miRNA作用靶点,将为治疗心力衰竭提供理论支持.
