慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺心病患者与hs-CRP、NT-proBNP相关性研究

             

摘要

目的:为提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺心病临床诊断的及时性与准确性,本文对慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺心病与hs-CRP、NT-proBNP的相关性进行研究。方法:采取回顾性分析,将2014年1月~2014年10月,我院接诊的158例患者作为研究对象。将所有患者按照:单纯的COPD,COPD并肺心病代偿期和COPD并肺心病失代偿期患者分成对照组和观察组、实验组三组。这三组的患者在入院后的第二天早上每人空腹抽取5ml静脉血,检验三组患者血液中的hs-CRP、NT-proBNP含量并进行统计学分析。于首次抽血7d后,对观察组与实验组患者再次抽血检测hs-CRP、NT-proBNP含量,统计分析治疗前后,患者hs-CRP、NT-proBNP含量的变化情况。结果:在研究的过程中发现,这三组患者hs-CRP、NT-proBNP含量存在很大的差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。与治疗前的情况相比较,实验组患者的hs-CRP、NT-proBNP含量存在很大差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:hs-CRP的升高与PHD的发生与发展有着密切联系,临床医护人员可根据该数值做出相关诊断。另外,NT-proBNP浓度能够帮助医护人员判断COPD患者有无合并PHD,能够为后期的治疗干预提供科学依据。%Objective:In order to improve the promptness and accuracy of the clinical diagnosis for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases with cor pulmonale, this paper studies the correlation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary heart disease and hs-CRP, NT-proBNP. Methods:Through the retrospective analysis method, we selected 158 patients from 2014 January to October in our hospital, according to the simple COPD、COPD and cor pulmonale compensatory period、COPD and cor pulmonale decompensated period,we divided all patients into control group、observation group and experimental group. The next morning in three groups of patients after admission,we took 5 ml fasting venous blood, detection the hs-CRP and NT-proBNP content in the blood of patients, three groups of patients with hs-CRP and NT-proBNP levels were retrospectively analyzed. After 7 days of blood text for the first time, the second blood text was made on the observation group and experimental group about the content of hs-CRP、NT-proBNP,and then made calculation and observation of the change about the patients’content of hs-CRP、NT-proBNP that before and after the treatment.Results:Through the research, it can be seen that the content of hs-CRP、NT-proBNP in the blood of the three groups patients are obvious different from each other(P<0.05)which has the significant of statistical. Compare with the content of hs-CRP、NT-proBNP in the blood before treatment, the differences of the result before and after the experimental patients are obvious which deserves research in statictical. Conclusions:The raise of hs-CRP in the blood has close connection with the produce of PHD. Therefore, the clinical medical staffs can make diagnosis based on the content of hs-CRP. What’s more , the concentration of NT-proBNP can help the medical staff make judgment about whether the COPD patients also has the PHD disease which can provide the scientific basis for the therapeutic intervention and treatment in the later.
