PCT、CRP、WBC和ANC在感染性疾病中的相关性分析

Objective:To investigate the correlation of PCT, CRP, WBC and ANC level in infectious diseases. Methods:106 cases patients with infectious diseases were selected as research object, who accessed in our hospital from June 2013 to April 2014. They were divided into severe infection group (42 cases) and mild infection group (64 cases) according to the infection degree. 64 cases healthy volunteers were selected as the control. The level of PCT, CRP, WBC and ANC was detected, and the correlation of infectious diseases for indicators was an- alyzed. Results: The level of PCT, CRP, WBC and ANC in severe infection group and mild infection group was higher than that of in the control group. Positive rate of PCT, CRP, WBC and ANC of severe infection group were 97.62%、 95.24%、 80.95% and 90.47%, which were higher than mild infection group. The difference had statistical significance ( <0.05).Conclusion: PCT, CRP, WBC and ANC are positively associated with the infection degree. Combined detection has important clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.%目的：：探讨PCT、CRP、WBC和ANC与感染性疾病的相关性。方法：以我院2013年6月至2014年4月106例感染性疾病患者为研究对象，按照感染程度将其分为重度感染组（42例）和轻度感染组（64例），选取同期64例健康志愿者作对照组，检测三组患者的PCT、CRP、WBC和ANC，分析上述指标同感染性疾病感染程度的相关性。结果：重度感染组和轻度感染组的PCT、CRP、WBC和ANC均显著高于对照组，重度感染组的PCT、CRP、WBC和ANC阳性率分别为97.62%、95.24%、80.95%和90.47%，明显高于轻度感染组，上述差异比较均具有统计学意义（＜0.05）。结论：PCT、CRP、WBC和ANC同感染程度成正相关联，联合检测对感染性疾病的诊断治疗具有重要的临床价值。
