18F-FDG PET-CT在术后食道癌中的临床应用

摘要

目的 探讨18F-FDG PET/CT对术后食道癌患者的临床应用价值.方法 对14例术后食道癌的患者行18F-FDG PET/CT检查,并将结果与同期CT检查结果相比较,评价PET/CT对术后准备行放射治疗的食道癌患者的临床诊断及制订治疗计划的价值.结果 CT14例均正常,而PET/CT5例异常,2例锁骨上淋巴结转移,1例右肺门转移,1例主动脉窗淋巴结转移,1例肝转移,l例腹腔淋巴结转移.PET/CT改变了4例患者最后的治疗计划.结论 对术后食道癌患者,PET/CT是有效的检查手段,与CT相比具有明显的优越性,对临床治疗方案的制定有指导价值.%Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 18-fluoro-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography/CT (18F-FDG PET/CT) for post-operative esophageal carcinoma. Methods 14 cases of post-operative esophageal carcinoma were scanned by 18FDG PET/CT. And compared with CT. The clinical value of 18-fluoro-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography/CT for post-operative esophageal carcinoma to plan radiation therapy were observed. Results 14 cases of CT were normal, PET/CT 5 cases were abnormal,2 cases of supraclavicular lymph node metastasis .and 1 door right lung metastasis,1 lymph node metastasis in patients with aorta window. 1 case of abdominal lymph node metastasis. It changed 4 patients treatment plan. Conclusion For postoperative patients with esophageal cancer, PET/CT is an effective screening tool.
