改良腹腔镜阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术的效果比较

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of ameliorative laparoscopic appendectomy (ALA) and conventional appendectomy (CA) and find out the characters of ALA and improve the operative method. Methods 41 cases treated with ALA and 55 cases treated with CA were retrospectively analyzed. The effects of the two approaches were compared. Results All the operations were successful. There was no deference between two methods in the mean operative time and the mean expenditure. Significant difference was found in the rest of the evaluation indexes between two groups(P<0. 01). Conclusion Compared with CA, ALA is less invasive, with less bleeding, less complication rate, less expenditure, as well as similar effect.%目的 比较改良腹腔镜阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术的临床效果.方法 采用改良腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎41例（ALA组）,并与传统阑尾切除术完成的55例（CA组）的临床结果相比较.结果 两组患者的手术均顺利完成,改良切除术痛苦小,胃肠道恢复快,下床活动时间早,出血少,感染率低,ALA组与CA组比有统计学差异(P＜0.01).而两组手术时间、住院费用等无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 改良腹腔镜阑尾切除术手术创伤小,出血少,并发症少,易于掌握,且费用较低,可在基层医院推广应用.
