静脉输液不同拔针方法的效果探讨

摘要

目的 寻求效果好的静脉输液拔针方法.方法 采用抽签法决定静脉输液不同拔针方法的顺序,经培训并考核合格的护理人员对符合纳入标准的门诊输液病人按新式法、传统法、反折法拔针各100次,比较三种拔针法的回血压滴液情况.结果 反折法与新式法回血率比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05),反折法、新式法两者回血发生例数均明显少于传统法(P＜0.01).新式法与传统法滴液率比较无统计擘差异(P＞0.05),新式法、传统法两者滴液发生例数均明显少于反折法(P＜0.01).结论 新式法拔针回血率低,且不易滴液,操作简单、方便、容易掌握,符合医院感染管理要求,可在临床上推广使用.%Objective To find an effective way to draw out the needle of intravenous infusion.Methods We choose three ways to draw out the needles, including new method, traditional method, and reflexion method.Three methods were selected and operated randomly by qualified nurses to 100 outpatient separately.Blood reflux and drips were observed and analyzed.Results There was no difference between reflexion method and new method, P＞0.05.Compared to traditional method, less patients had blood reflux and drips by reflexion method and new method, P＜0.01.Conclusion New method, which is up to standard of hospital infections, is an effective way with less blood reflux and drips.
