Objective To optimize the process of pathological specimens management in operation room, and provid effective guarantee for safe specimens management. Methods The process of pathological specimens management were reconstructed, including formulated criterion, perfected regulation and defined duties. The procedures of specimen management,disposition and censorship were analyzed. Results After process reconstructing, all index showed cutting down in pathological specimen missing, denaturation and confusion. Conclusion Process reconstructing could prevent pathological specimen missing, denaturation and confusion, pledge the specimens censorship in time and exactly.%目的 优化手术室病理标本管理流程,为安全管理标本提供有效保障.方法 对手术室病理标本管理进行流程再造,包括制定标准,完善制度,明确职责,并对流程再造前后从手术标本保管完好率、手术标本处置效果、手术标本送检情况三方面进行回顾性对比分析.结果 流程再造能更有效管理手术室病理标本,流程再造后与流程再造前相比手术病理标本丢失、变质、标本混淆等各项指标均降低(P＜0.05).结论 流程再造对防止病理标本丢失、变质和混淆,保证病理标本及时准确送检,杜绝差错事故和医疗纠纷的发生,保证医疗工作的安全具有重要意义.
