MANAGEMENT METHOD OF PATHOLOGICAL SPECIMEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address such problems that work of fixing a pathological specimen on a surface of a board body using a pin, as part of a management method of the pathological specimen, conventionally imposes a significantly heavy burden on a worker and efficacy thereof is extremely bad, further the worker performs the work, with the pin held between hand fingers, to cause needle-stick accident, thereby having a possibility of a secondary injection.SOLUTION: A management method of pathological specimen is provided for fixing an isolated pathological specimen on a surface of a board body using a pin material and managing the pathological specimen, where the pin material is made of plastic. The management method comprises: employing a fitting appliance including a hollow needle with a slit, for sticking the plastic pin material into the pathological specimen; sticking the distal end thereof to the pathological specimen via the hollow needle; and fixing it to a board body.
