胆道镜辅助腹腔镜治疗胆总管结石的临床应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical value of choledochofiberscope assisting with Laparoscope common bile duet exploration(LCBDE). Methods The clinical data of common bile duct detection in the treatment of choledocho-lith with choledochoscope and laparoscope were analyzed. Results The total of 30 cases were operated successfully. All cases set up T-type tube to drain and removed them after two months. There was no postoperative complication, such as bile leakage, bleeding and abdominal cavity infection. Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for chole-docholithotomy has the advantage of fewer invasions. It is a safe and effective method for choledocholith.%目的 探讨纤维胆道镜辅助腹腔镜胆总管探查术的临床应用价值.方法 总结2007年8月～2010年10月应用胆道镜、腹腔镜对胆总管结石进行胆总管探查临床资料.结果 30例手术全部成功,均置T管引流,术后2月拔管,顺利康复,无一胆漏、出血、腹腔感染等并发症.结论 胆道镜辅助腹腔镜治疗胆总管结石技术难度虽然较大,要求高,但是一种安全有效微创的治疗胆总管结石的方法.
