未足月胎膜早破与妊娠结局相关性分析及临床治疗对策

摘要

Objective To analyze correlation of preterm premature rupture of the membrane (PPROM) and pregnancy outcomes and clinical treatment of countermeasures.Methods 48 cases with preterm premature rupture of membranes (observation group) were compared with 48 normal pregnant woman (control group).The pregnancy outcome and incidence of neonatal adverse event were observed.Results The incidence of uterine-incision delivery,infection of am-niotic cavity and prolapse of cord of observation group were higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of unhealthy of neonates of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The incidence of uterine-incision delivery and unhealthy of neonates of preterm premature rupture of the membrane was high.%目的 分析未足月胎膜早破(PPROM)与妊娠结局的相关性及临床治疗对策.方法 选取2010年12月～2012年12月间收治的未足月胎膜早破孕妇48例为观察组,另选取48例同期住院分娩的正常足月生产孕妇为对照组.比较两组孕妇的妊娠结局及新生儿不良事件发生率.结果 未足月胎膜早破组(观察组)孕妇的剖宫产率、羊膜腔感染率、脐带脱垂率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),两组间产后出血率及胎盘早剥率无明显差异(P＞0.05)；观察组孕妇所生新生儿的不良情况发生率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 未足月胎膜早破孕妇的剖宫产率明显升高,且其所生新生儿的不良事件发生率大幅提高,必须采取积极有效的处理措施.
