康复护理对脑卒中后吞咽困难预后的影响观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the influence of the early rehabilitation care to the prognosis of swallowing function.Methods Patients with dysphagia after stroke were given swallowing function training-based early rehabilitation care,including swallowing muscle function training,feeding training,and psychological rehabilitation care.And then did randomized,controlled study with routine care group.Results Swallowing function recovery in rehabilitation care group is better than conventional care group (P＜0.05),statistically significant difference.Conclusion The swallowing training-based early rehabilitation care is very important for patients with dysphagia after stroke.%目的 探讨早期康复护理对脑卒后吞咽功能预后的影响.方法 对56例脑卒中后吞咽困难患者进行以吞咽功能训练为主的早期康复护理,内容包括吞咽肌群功能训练、摄食训练和心理康复护理,并与常规护理组230例进行随机对照研究.结果 康复护理组患者吞咽功能的恢复优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对脑卒中后吞咽困难患者进行以吞咽功能训练为主的早期康复护理具有重要的临床意义.
