肠道菌群失调与类风湿关节炎发病及疾病进展的相关性

摘要

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a common systemic autoimmune disease,but its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear.Environmental and genetic factors are involved in the pathogcncsis of rhcumatoid arthritis.In re cent years,more and more evidences have confirmed that the dysbiosis of intestinal flora have been associated with rheumatoid arthritis.In this review,we will focus on the association between intestinal microflora and the pathogenesis of RA.%类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种常见的系统性自身免疫病,其发病原因仍不十分清楚;遗传和环境因素在其发病中起重要作用.近年来,越来越多的证据表明,肠道菌群失调影响RA的发病及疾病进展.本文就肠道菌群在类风湿关节炎发病中的研究进展做一述评.
