医院人文环境对护理人员职业倦怠及职业认同感的影响

             

摘要

Objective To study the effect of hospital humanistic environment on nurses job lassitude and professional identity .Methods Four hospitals 238 nurses were selected as the research subjects .All of them were investigated with the job burnout scale and self-made professional identity scale in order to evaluate the effects of hospital humanistic environment on job lassitude and professional identity .Results In Grade 2 hospitals with the incentive affirmation management mode , physicians positive evaluation , patient and family positive identity , the scores of nurses'professional identity and professional burnout were significantly higher than those in Grade 3 hospitals with rigid management mode , physicians negative evaluation , patient and family negative evaluation .Conclusion Hospital grade , incentive affirmation management mode , physicians positive evaluation , patient and family positive identity are helpful to relieve nurses professional burnout and improve their professional identity .%目的:探讨医院人文环境对护理人员职业倦怠及职业认同感的影响。方法选择四家医院238名护士为研究对象,采用工作倦怠量表、自编职业认同量表进行调查研究,评估医院人文环境对护士职业倦怠、职业认同的影响。结果二甲医院、管理者激励肯定管理模式、医师正向评价、患者及家属积极肯定下,护士职业认同感、职业倦怠评分明显高于三甲医院、管理者僵化管理、医师轻慢消极评价、患者及家属消极评价的护士。结论医院等级、管理者激励肯定、医师正向评价、患者及家属的积极肯定有助于缓解护理人员职业倦怠,提高职业认同感。
