高原驻训官兵不同时间点血常规及血清IL-6、IL-8水平的改变及意义

         

摘要

目的:评价高原低氧环境下高原驻训官兵血常规及血清IL-6、IL-8水平变化,为高原驻训卫勤保障提供依据.方法:选择从海拔1000 m的内陆营地进入海拔4 200 m高原的300名驻训官兵,分别于进驻高原前1d、进驻高原后1、2、3个月使用全自动细胞分析仪进行血常规分析,并对7项主要血细胞参数进行比较;应用酶联免疫法检测其中40名官兵相应时段血清IL-6、IL-8水平.结果:红细胞计数(RBC)及血红蛋白(Hb)浓度在进入高原第1个月时明显高于进入高原前(P<0.01),且驻训高原的时间越长,升高越显著;白细胞计数(WBC)在进入高原第1个月时显著升高(P<0.01),但在第2个月又有所下降,但仍显著高于进入高原前(P<0.01),并维持相对稳定;血小板计数(PLT)在进入高原后有轻微波动,但无显著性差异;血清IL-6、IL-8水平均随驻训时间延长而逐渐降低,且驻训高原的时间越长,降低越显著(P<0.01).结论:高原低氧环境可影响血液中红细胞、白细胞和血小板,从而使得血常规中的各项参数发生变化.随驻训时间的增加,高原环境所致炎症反应会逐渐减弱,进入高原前的适应性训练及红景天胶囊的服用有助于降低高原低氧低压所致的损伤.%Objective:To evaluate the changes of blood routine,IL-6,IL-8 of soilders in the plateau under low oxygen condition,and to provide the basis for the security of the plateau.Methods:Parameters of venous blood cells were examined in 300 soldiers before and after reached plateau 1,2 and 3 months by automated hematology analyzer.ELISA method was used to examine the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 in 40 soldiers at the same time.Results:RBC、Hb in 4 200 m altitude at first month were significantly higher than those in altitude of 1000 m (P< 0.01),and increased more significantly with time.WBC also increased significantly after reached plateau 1 month(P<0.01),but decreased slightly after 2 months and still higher than that in altitude of 1000 m (P<0.01),then remained stable.PLT was fluctuated slightly after reached plateau (P <0.01).The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 in soldiers were decreased remarkably(P < 0.01),and the longer stay time,decreased more significantly.Conclusion:High altitude hypoxia environment can affect and change the parameters of venous blood cells.With the time of stayed plateau longer,the inflammatory response can be weakened,and adaptive traning and hong capsules can significantly reduce injuries induced by hypoxia.
