医用胶在伤口吻合护理的新理念

摘要

目的 探讨医用胶在伤口吻合护理新理念中的临床应用价值.方法 选取我院急诊外科和门诊外科于2015年11月~2016年4月267例使用医用胶作伤口吻合术的患者,所粘合均为手术切口或创口;如头面部、四肢、躯干皮肤损伤者或全层皮肤及皮下割、裂伤者.局部撕裂伤渗血经压迫止血者.对粘合术后的第一天、第三天、第五天、第七天都分别进行了常规换药和临床护理观察.结果 使用医用胶作伤口吻合术共有267例,甲级愈合265例,1例因未缝合皮下切口出现部分开裂,1例在术后的第三天发现有脂肪液化,术后渗出较多,经换药后均在7天~10天内愈合;267例患者中有246例非常满意,20例较满意,1例不满意,护理满意度为99.63%,满意度较高.结论 康派特医用胶在伤口吻合护理的新理念是安全、有效;无刺激、抗炎;简单、快捷、方便.%Objective To explore the clinical value of medical glue in the new concept of wound anastomosis nursing.Methods 267 patients underwent anastomosis with surgical gauze in our department from November,2015 to April,2016.All the patients were treated with surgical incision or wound.For example,head and face,limbs and trunk skin Injury or full-thickness skin and subcutaneous cut,laceration.Local laceration bleeding by oppression hemostasis.On the first day after the adhesive,the third day,the fifth day,the seventh day were carried out routine dressing and clinical nursing observation.Results 267 cases were treated with medical glue,265 cases were cured,1 case was caused by partial incision without subcutaneous incision,1 case was found fat liquefaction on the third day after operation,and more postoperative oozing,After dressing in 7~10 days after healing;267 patients in 246 cases were very satisfied,20 cases were satisfactory,1 case of dissatisfaction,care satisfaction was 99.63%,satisfaction is high.Conclusion The new concept of Kangpat Medical Glue is safe and effective in wound anastomosis care.It is simple,quick and convenient.
