目的：临床分析精细化护理管理在泌尿外科患者护理中的应用效果。方法：随机选取120例泌尿外科患者，分两组，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施精细化护理管理，对比分析其临床护理效果。结果：经过护理，观察组患者的临床护理并发症发生率为11.68%，对照组患者则为51.67%，差异明显，两者之间相互比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：泌尿外科患者实施精细化护理管理，有助于降低临床并发症的发生率，值得推广。%Objective:To clinically analyze application effects of fine nursing management in nursing of patients in department of urology. Methods:120 cases in the department of urology were randomly selected and divided into two groups: control group was given routine nursing care, while observation group was given the fine nursing management. The effects of clinical nursing care were compared and analyzed. Results: After the nursing care, the incidence rates of complications in observation group and control group were 11. 68% and 51. 67% , respectively; and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions: The implementation of fine nursing management in the department of urology can reduce the incidence rare of the complication and is worthy of promotion.
