奥氮平治疗苯丙胺所致精神障碍的临床分析

Objective:To explore efficacy and adverse effects of olanzapine in treatment of mental disorders caused by benze-drine. Methods:According with CCMD-3, the patients diagnosed with mental disorders caused by benzedrine were treated with olanzapine for 6 weeks. The efficacy was assessed by brief psychiatric rating scale ( BPRS) and the adverse reactions were evaluated by treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS). Results:After 6-week's treatment, the significant improvement rate was 80. 7%. The ad-verse effects were less. Conclusions:Olanzapine is effective and safe for treating mental disorders caused by benzedrine.%目的：探索奥氮平治疗苯丙胺所致精神障碍的临床效果和不良反应。方法：对符合CCMD-3苯丙胺所致精神障碍患者单独用奥氮平治疗，共治疗6周。采用简明精神病评定量表BPRS评定临床疗效，副反应量表TESS评定不良反应。结果：经6周治疗后，临床治疗显效率80.7%，不良反应发生率较少且轻，不影响治疗。结论：奥氮平治疗苯丙胺所致精神障碍安全有效。
