肿瘤转移的关键步骤-肿瘤细胞渗出血管的分子机制

摘要

Tumor cell extravasation is a critical step in cancer metastasis. This step can be roughly divided into two stages:tumor cell adhesion to vessel wall and tumor cell going through vessel wall. Physical factors and adhesion molecules play critical roles in the first stage;while cytokines, vascular permeability and cell motility play important roles in the second stage. To date, detailed mechanisms of tumor cell extravasation remain to be elucidated, and further studies in this field may provide potential targets for drug development.%肿瘤细胞渗出血管是肿瘤转移的关键步骤之一。这一步骤可以分为循环肿瘤细胞与血管壁的黏附以及肿瘤细胞穿越血管壁两个阶段。物理因素和黏附分子在第一阶段中起重要作用；细胞因子、血管通透性和细胞运动的关键调控分子在第二阶段中起重要作用。目前，肿瘤细胞渗出血管的详细机制尚有待进一步阐明，对这一领域的进一步研究将为抗癌药物的研发提供潜在的靶点。
