后腹腔镜下肾肿瘤患者行肾部分切除术的护理

摘要

Objective: To explore nursing measures and implementation effects for patients with renal tumors after retroperito-neal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Methods: 60 cases of renal tumor patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention. Results: The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and incidence of complications of ob-servation group were less than those of control group (all P<0. 05), and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions:The comprehensive nursing intervention measures for the patients with renal tumors after retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrecto-my have good effects.%目的：：探究后腹腔镜下肾肿瘤患者行肾部分切除术的护理措施和实施效果。方法：选取肾肿瘤患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用全面性护理干预。结果：观察组患者手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05)，术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)，并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：对行后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗的肾肿瘤患者实施全面性护理干预，手术效果良好。
