循证护理在中心静脉置管住院血透患者中的应用

摘要

目的：：运用循证护理解决中心静脉置管并发症患者的临床总结。方法：对165例行中心静脉置管的血液透析患者按入院时间先后分为非循证组和循证组，非循证组68例患者采用常规护理方法，循证组77例患者采用循证护理方法。结果：循证组患者置管后并发症发生率低于非循证组(P<0.05)。结论：运用循证护理理论指导临床护理实践能提高护理质量。%Objective:To clinically summarize application of evidence-based care in solving complications of patients treated with central venous catheterization. Methods:165 hemodialysis patients treated with central venous catheterization were divided into evidence-based care group and control group according to admission time. 68 cases in control group were treated with traditional care, while 77 cases in evidence-based care group were given evidence-based care. Results:The complication rate in evidence-based care group was lower than that in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions: The application of evidence-based care theory in guidance of clinical nursing practice can improve nursing quality.
