多元化护理对男性精神病患者攻击行为的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore effects of multiple nursing care on aggressive behaviors of male patients with mental disor-ders. Methods:110 cases of male psychotic patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in control group (n=55) re-ceived routine nursing care, while those in observation group were given the multiple nursing care. The psychotic symptoms, insight and treatment attitude, and aggressive behaviors before and after the nursing care as well as 6 months follow-up aggressive behavior re-sults of the two groups were compared. Results:The scores of BPRS, verbal attacks, attack items, self injury, attack to others and o-verall aggressive behavior incidence rate of observation group was significant lower those of control group;the ITAQ scores was signifi-cantly higher than that of control group;and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 01). Conclusions:Compared with the routine nursing care, the multiple nursing care can effectively reduce the aggressive behaviors of the male patients with mental disor-ders.%目的：：观察多元化护理对男性精神病患者攻击行为的影响。方法：将110例男性精神病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组患者给予常规护理；观察组患者给予多元化护理。比较护理前后,两组患者的精神病症状、自知力与治疗态度、攻击行为及6个月后随访攻击行为结果。结果：观察组患者护理后BPRS评分、语言攻击、攻击物品、自身伤害、攻击他人评分与总体攻击行为发生率低于对照组,ITAQ评分高于对照组,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：与常规护理相比,多元化护理可有效降低男性精神病患者攻击行为。
