雌、孕激素受体蛋白在子宫肉瘤中的表达及其相关性研究

摘要

目的 检测雌激素受体ERα、ERβ(estrogen receptor α、estrogen receptor β)和孕激素受体PRA、PRB(progesterone receptor A、progesterone receptor B)在子宫肉瘤中的表达及其相关性.方法 选取子宫肉瘤患者66例,采用石蜡病理切片,用免疫组织化学染色法检测雌、孕激素受体蛋白的表达情况并分析其相关性.结果 3种肉瘤组分别与正常子宫肌层对照组ERα蛋白阳性率比较均有统计学差异(均P＜0.01);子宫内膜间质肉瘤组分别与子宫平滑肌肉瘤组、子宫癌肉瘤组PRA蛋白、PRB蛋白阳性率比较均有统计学差异(均P＜0.05).结论 雌激素受体ERα、ERβ和孕激素受体PRA、PRB在3种肉瘤组织和正常子宫肌层组织中均有表达.在子宫内膜间质肉瘤组织中ERα与PRA、PRB表达有相关关系且均呈正相关.%Objective To examine the expression & correlation of estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors in uterine sarco-rncoma. Their correlation was analyzed. Results There was significant difference in the positive rate of ERa protein between endometri-al stromal sarcoma tissues, uterine leiomyosarcoma tissues and uterine care i no sarcoma tissues(P <0. 01) on one hand and normal myo-metrium tissues on the other hand. The PRA-, PRB positive rate of endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues was considerably different (P < 0. 05) from that of uterine leiomyosarcoma tissues and uterine carcinosarcoma tissues. Conclusion ERa, ERp and PRA, PRB werernall expressed in endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues,uterine leiomyosarcoma tissues,yterine carcinosarcoma tissues,and normal myo-rnmetrium tissues. The expression of ERa is positively correlated with PRA and PRB in endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues.
