太原市医务人员药物不良反应认知调查

摘要

Objective To find out about the medical personnel' s knowledge of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in Taiyuan on order Lo suggesl counlermeasures. Methods Questionnaires were used inquiring 714 heallh care providers about their knowledge of adverse drug reactions in 12 hospitals of various grades about the knowledge of adverse drug reactions. The data collected were compared according Lo lenglhs of service, professional Lilies, levels of education, spheres of research and grades of places of employment The re-sult was analyzed slalislically. Results Medical personnel in Taiyuan had the basic knowledge of ADR, but were at differenl levels in iheir knowledge of ADR relaled laws and regulations and the reporting system. The cognition degrees in the medical personnel of different years of service and different professional titles were basically similar. The level of cognition was directly proportional to the level of education. Practitioners of TCM had the highest cognition degree. The higher the grade of places of employment, the more attention the professionals paid to perfection of ADR related work. Conclusions It is necessary to work on training, popularize the knowledge of ADR; bring superiority into full play, perfect the evaluation of drug safety; enhance the competence of monitoring personnel, and improve the ability to deal with ADR.%目的 了解太原市医务人员对药物不良反应(adverse drug reactions,ADR)的认知情况,并提出对策和建议.方法 对太原市各类等级12所医院的医务人员共计714人进行问卷调查,并依据工作年限、职称、学历、专业、单位级别进行分类比较,了解其对药品不良反应知识的掌握、认知情况,发现各人群认知情况的差异,并做统计学处理.结果 太原市医务人员对ADR的基本知识有所了解,但对于ADR的相关法规及报告制度认知有明显差异.认识度高低与工作年限和职称关系不大,与学历高低成正比,且以药学专业的认知度最高;单位级别越高越重视,与ADR相关的工作越完善.结论 加强宣传与培训,普及ADR知识;发挥专业优势作用,做好安全评价工作;提高监测人员业务水平,提升应对ADR的能力.
