基于柯氏模型的在职护士分层级培训效果评价

             

摘要

目的:以柯氏模型为向导对医院在职护士分层级培训效果进行评估,为构建具有科学性、可测性、实用性的在职护士培训效果评价体系提供新思路.方法:选取2015年10月-2016年9月笔者所在医院在职培训的护理人员198名,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组和观察组,各99名.对照组采用传统的分层级培训,观察组采用基于柯氏模型的分层级培训,均培训1年,结束后从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层4个层面进行分层级培训的效果评价,比较两组培训效果.结果:在反应层方面,观察组对培训时间安排、内容设计、带教老师及培训条件方面的满意率均高于对照组(P0.05).结论:柯氏评估模型运用于护士的分层级培训中,提高了护士在态度、技能等方面的能力,保证了护士专业技能和服务质量,提高了患者满意度,促进了护理学科的建设与发展.%Objective:To evaluate the effect of hierarchical training for in-service nurses with the Kirkpatrick model as a guide,to provide a new idea for the construction of a scientific,measurable and practical evaluation system of in-service nurses' training effect.Method:A total of 198 nursing staff in in-service training in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,99 cases in each group.The control group was trained by traditional hierarchical training,and observation group was trained by hierarchical training based on Kirkpatrick model,they were trained for one year,after the end of the training,the effect of the hierarchical training was evaluated from the reaction level,learning level,behavior level and result level,the training effects of two groups were compared.Result:On the reaction level,the satisfaction rate of training schedule,content design,teachers and training conditions in observation group were higher than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The application of Kirkpatrick model in the hierarchical training of nurses has improved nurses' abilities in attitude and skills,ensured nurses' professional skills and service quality,improved patients' satisfaction,and promoted the construction and development of nursing discipline.
