目的：探讨其他疾病误诊为阑尾炎的原因及预防措施.方法：回顾分析了本院2002年4月-2012年4月手术治疗887例阑尾炎的病历资料，总结误诊的可能原因.结果：其他疾病误诊为阑尾炎的13例，误诊率为1.47%.误诊的原因是多方面的：患者年龄、性别、院前处理与否及医生问诊、体检、辅助检查等.结论：全面的病史询问、详细体检、必要的辅助检查、注意急腹症的鉴别、合理手术指征、术中探查及恰当处理，可以预防阑尾炎的误诊及引发严重的并发症.% Objective:To explore the causes,preventions and treatment measures of other diseases misdiagnosed appendicitis. Method:retrospective analysis the 887 patients’medical records of appendicitis from April 2002 to April 2012 in Xinkang hospital was analyzed,the possible causes of misdiagnosis was summarized.Result:There are 13 cases were misdiagnosed as appendicitis from other diseases,while misdiagnosis rate reached 1.47.The reason of misdiagnosis is various:such as the ages of patient,genders,having been accepted treatment or not before in hospital, inquiries of doctors,physical examinations and auxiliary examinations and so on.Conclusion:There are many ways which can prevent the misdiagnosis of appendicitis and some serious complications,for instance,the comprehensive medical history inquiries,detailed physical examinations,some necessary auxiliary examinations,paying attention to the identification of acute abdomen examinations,reasonable surgical indications,and the explorations and appropriate handlings during the process of operation.
