退变性腰椎管狭窄症外科治疗效果研究

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical manifestation and surgical treatment for patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Method:28 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis received bilateral fenestration and laminectomy,analyze the clinical effect retrospectively.Result:67.9%of the patients had a excellent effect,17.9%of the patients had a fine effect,10.7%of the patients had an ordinary effect,3.6%of the patients had a poor effect.Conclusion:Bilateral fenestration and laminectomy is a effective therapy,besides,operating indication should be paied attention.%　　目的：探讨退变性腰椎管狭窄症的临床特点和手术治疗效果.方法：对本院收治的28例退变性腰椎管狭窄症患者采用双侧椎板开窗潜式减压术进行治疗，并对治疗效果进行回顾性分析.结果：全部患者术后效果，优占67.9%，良占17.9%，尚可占10.7%，差占3.6%，优良率为85.7%.术后无神经根损伤及手术切口感染等并发症的发生.结论：采用双侧椎板开窗潜式减压术治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症效果较好，但要严格把握其手术适应证.
